Renter is responsible for electricity, wifi, cable services if desired. Landlord pays HoA fees which takes care of water, lawn, ground keeping, trash, exterior/community maintenance. This ground floor unit has its advantages including the beautiful lakeview from the patio and easy access from the parking lot.
Approval is based on several factors including rental history, employment history, credit history, background check and pet verification when applicable. It is a dog friendly community. Dogs under 70lb is acceptable, vaccinated and chipped, to be verified by the vet. Minimum 12 month lease, shorter term may be negotiated.
