Tested and working. Speaker cabinets have 1/4" input connections, but I can provide adapters to connect to standard speaker wire. Can demonstrate.
The Akai SS-70 is a pair of portable suitcase-style speakers from the mid-1960s, with approximate dimensions of 17.5 x 20 x 13.5 and a combined weight of about 28 lbs. The speakers can be interlocked for transport, feature wooden frames with marble tops and brass accents, and have 1/4" input connections. They were often sold with Akai reel-to-reel tape decks from that period.
