This is a metal frame home 612 sq foot 1BR1BA built on your property starting at 150,000 dollars USA. The home features 9 foot tall ceilings through out. The home has stove, refrigerator, microwave. AC and heat. Metal Roof. Stackable washer and dryer. The house is sold when it is finished. Buyer gets what he sees. Not a custom home builder. Home will be ready to move in when it is sold. Appliance packages are bought from lowes or home depot. All name brand appliances with warranties. The home frame is manufactured in Birmingham AL. It is designed by our in house architects, The home is sent in flat pack to the location where it will be constructed. Generally about 4 weeks. The home comes with complete plans an has the stamp of a structural engineer from the state where it will be erected. We will get all the necessary permits from the area where the home will be built. These costs are the responsibility of the person the home is being built for. Until all the approvals have been given by the city or county in writing, we can not proceed.
