USIG, an authorized flooring provider for the nation’s largest home‑improvement retailer for over 30 years, is hiring a Flooring Project Coordinator for our Freeport facility.
This is an office‑based position coordinating flooring installation projects from start to finish. Candidates must have strong flooring knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Customer communication via phone, email, and text
Scheduling installations and confirming customer appointments
Tracking installations and service calls
Problem resolution for customers and job‑site issues
Supporting installers to ensure quality project completion
Requirements
3+ years flooring installation experience (required)
