Enjoy your vacation stay in a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a safe and upscale neighborhood only 4 miles from the beach in Ft Walton/Okaloosa Island. The home has been renovated and is fully furnished for your stay. The house has a large back yard with a screened in porch. The house was built in 1980 but has been renovated in 2018. The house also has a garage for your use. The house has washer/dryer (in the garage), Fully furnished kitchen with fire extinguisher, griddle, hot water pot, coffee pot (includes coffee, cream, sugar), rice cooker, outdoor fish cooker with propane, toaster and much more. The bedrooms have 1 king room (master) and 2 rooms with queen size beds. All linens, towels are included.

This property has a large 3 wide driveway in the event you are bringing a boat and need extra space. House can be rented for 3 days up to 30 days upon approval. No more than 6 guests because of city regulations.

Unfortunately I do not allow pets because of past damage caused by animals left in the house.
