How long do you plan to stay?
We require a 30-day minimum stay. If you’d like to book for fewer than 30 days, please contact us directly.
• Cleaning fee: $500 (includes weekly cleaning for 4 weeks)
• Tax: 15%
• Additional services (Chef, Boat Captain, etc.) are available on request.
We only rent once during the winter season as this is the owner’s primary residence. Winter 2025/2026 is open for up to 30 days max.
• Reservation period: May 1st, 2025 – October 15th, 2026
• Discounts available for weekly and monthly bookings
• Refundable security/damage deposit: $500 (due within 7 days of booking, refunded within 7 days of departure if no damage occurs)
